Luiz de Andrade Shinckar, graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), at the Faculty of Law of Largo de São Francisco, in the year 1977. He is a Master in Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) of São Paulo in 1979 with the dissertation on Indigenous Criminal Law. He specializes in Civil Procedural Law at the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) of São Paulo. He is an honorary member of the IASP – Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo, Amcham and the British Chamber of Commerce Legal Committee. As a result of this unprecedented work in Brazil, he participated, by invitation, as a member of the British Chamber of Commerce Legal Committee, an organ belonging to the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil, which resulted in the elaboration of an article for The Magazine “News & Views”, from Britain Brazil, in March 2001, page 13, under the title “The Myth of Worker Protection”.

Still due to this result in the labor area for the Pepsi-Cola Bottadora of Brazil, in 2001 participated, as a guest, of the second edition of the book “Doing Business in Brazil”, edited by The British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil, When, then, elaborated the article “Employment Law”, pages 108/120, which led its Banca, at the time, to be considered one of the best nineteen of São Paulo (page 250), in professional quality.

He Was a Consultant at “Cláudia Magazine”, from 1997 to 1999. He Was also Curator of the São Paulo section of the Brazilian Bar Association of 1979 – 1985, as well as Instructor of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of 1985 – 1991 and, finally, a member of the Brazilian Bar Association Examination Board, São Paulo section of 1988 – 1997 , in the civil and civil process areas.
